FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We working hard to keep everything running as normal, however due to high demand and the current global situation our delivery service are experiencing some delays. We’re still shipping and aiming to fulfil all orders on time, however we appreciate all your extra patience at this time. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive before contacting our customer service team, as our main focus remains to protect the safety of our team we are dealing with extremely high levels of queries and truly appreciate everyone’s patience, as we work hard to get in touch with you all.
- How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to five business days of your order, and then take between ten to twenty business days to reach your doorstep. It is a little long but we work with international suppliers to find the best products for you. They say good things come to those who wait.
- What's your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible, all returns must me made within 30 days of delivery.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. So tell us what went wrong and send along a picture and we can sort out the refund.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you email us within 24 hours or making the order. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll get you the correct item.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you the correct product.
